Do not dine here! I’ve been to this location often and have seen hair in my food more than once! I’m done with them.
Do not order drinks with ice, or the cups end up tasting like mildew. Unfortunately, this isn’t just a one-time occurrence—it has happened multiple times.
I came into tropical smoothie on clay road for my daily smoothie which this place usually gives me a good experience but this time there was a taller and bigger girl with face piercings who was to busy adding stickers to what seemed to be a big sticker ball as well as running around hitting other employees and she took my order after 10 minutes of doing absolutely nothing.
Overall, the food was great and it came out quick! Very happy with my meal! The person taking my order did kind of ignore me though. Must try the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, truly delicious!
