Every time I order from this Tropical Smoothie location, something is wrong—especially on weekends. I work on Hall Road and have given them multiple chances, but I’m done. The employees consistently don’t add the extras you pay for, like whey protein. I’ve even overheard them say, “If they don’t notice, we don’t add it.” That’s stealing, plain and simple. THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED FOR THE DETROIT - WOODWARD LOCATION! I have had nothing but good experiences in Clinton Township. I ordered through the app. Waited inside the store since the designated “online orders” cubby hole was empty. After watching several people come and go, I asked about my order. It was sitting behind the register the entire time. “You’re supposed to come to the register and ask for your order.” Why have signs that say otherwise?? I ordered an Bahama Mama Açaí bow to share, and for $12 we got a small completely frozen bowl. The fruits were fresh I have to admit but to pay that much for a small frozen bowl is crazy. Won’t come back for sure
