I stopped in with my girlfriend to grab a smoothie and was very disappointed with the customer service. The cashier who helped us didn’t greet us or say a single word during the ordering process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. When our order was ready, she brought it to our table and tossed the straws down as if she was upset or angry. The smoothie was fine, but the customer service was poor and made us feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this and improves the customer experience.
