I received delicious and well prepared acai berry smoothie and acai bowl. The girl that made my order was courteous and did an excellent job making my orders.
I’ve tried several times to give this location a chance and the quality of service is just not there anymore. I don’t know what happened. The picture attached is a perfect example of one of 2 things. Either the people there are untrained or they just don’t care or both. I usually get my açaí bowls from the Sand Lake location which is always done the right way. In here on sunday at 10:40 and didnt realize smothie places experience rushes like this. Aboslutley in the freakin weeds. 3 people cranking hyperthreaded pickup, delivery, and walk in orders out for at least 20 people concurrently. Aboslutley criminal unless they have six figure salaries. Couple next to me in line just left with out ordering (lost op): even to the almighty bottom line you are failing. Boooo Max Wetzel
Got here at 8:20 on 6/20/26 and nobody was there even though they said open. Refused to cancel my order or take our calls.
I recently visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orlando and had a mixed experience that left me disappointed. I came in with a promotional coupon for a $1.99 smoothie with the purchase of wrap or flatbread, but the staff initially refused to accept it because my receipt was not from that specific location. The owner and manager explained that this policy was being enforced by the corporate office.
