Nidria, I sincerely hope you find a different line of work, because you are incredibly rude at this job. When you are busy, you are completely unfriendly; you practically threw my items at me, and—at that very same moment—you also snapped at your young coworker. I asked who you were—your demeanor really piqued my curiosity—and I was told that you are the team leader. Please , change your attitude. I hope that when I return, you are no longer throwing things around or acting so rudely. It’s your job—take pride in it!

I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and ordered a smoothie with light ice, but it came out about half full. This wasn’t explained when ordering. The person preparing my order, who said he was the owner, simply added more ice. The interaction felt a bit unprofessional, and clearer communication would improve the experience.

I drove 15 minutes to come here since this is usually our go-to spot. When I walked in, I was told they had just received a large order online and that the wait time would be about 50 minutes. I asked if that still applied even if I only ordered two smoothies, and was told probably yes. Unfortunately, that experience was really disappointing. Because of this, my family and I won’t be returning. Word of mouth matters, and I’ll be sharing this experience with friends and family.

Stopped by to grab a smoothie and had heard this location wasn't getting a ton of business lately. After picking up a smoothie I think I may have noticed why. Paying for a smoothie that we expect to be 24oz and we actually get 18 to 20 ounces doesn't feel great. Gonna check out other locations.
