I recently visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orlando and had a mixed experience that left me disappointed. I came in with a promotional coupon for a $1.99 smoothie with the purchase of wrap or flatbread, but the staff initially refused to accept it because my receipt was not from that specific location. The owner and manager explained that this policy was being enforced by the corporate office. If you guys have an out of order bathroom, and your employees dosnt make sure you that customers know … it’s not the customers fault, there was an employee in the bathroom and I didn’t see the sign on the door, she came out a treated me like shit… I will make sure corporate know about this issue, you don’t want to work don’t work… the door wasn’t even open for you to react that way. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. The worst of the worst . FIX YOUR DOOR OR PUT THE BATHROOM OUT OF SERIVCE SIMPLE.
