The smoothie tasted so bad. The employee was grumpy
I love how the people at the Tropical Smoothie help customers when they have questions, especially for navigating online orders. Sylvia, great employee who helped me get my order in, even though I had trouble placing it online!
I usually love Tropical Smoothie, but this location really disappointed me. The customer service was lacking big time—staff seemed uninterested, not very friendly, no greeting and overall just made the experience feel unwelcoming.
I had placed an online order, so I checked the pickup area where orders are usually kept, but mine wasn’t there. I waited patiently for a few minutes thinking maybe they were just behind. During that time, no one acknowledged me until one employee finally told another that someone was at the register, after I had already been standing there for a while.
