Messed up order, after a very long wait in line, when my family has food allergies I told them about. Wouldn’t answer phones. Long wait when I got back to correct it. Very confused and impolite employee about dairy allergies. Instead of a berry base, they gave us a Greek yogurt base which is clearly dairy. Also, it was a completely different bowl than what we had ordered. The young man doing the smoothies separately from my situation was doing a good job though!
