I work throughout NE Ohio daily. I frequent Tropical Smoothie 3-4 times a week. This West Market St location is the worse. I ordered a smoothie through the app about 15 minutes away. When I get there, the worker said she was putting stock away and wasn’t able to make my smoothie when it came in. I asked for a refund since this has happened twice in a 2 month spans and I was in a hurry. First she refunded me $6.07. I told her she shorted me. I live so close to here and I’m literally always here. Last year it was so good. Service was a 10/10, food was always great. Now it’s not that good. Recently I did an online order, mines was the first order to come through because my receipt was at the very top of the rest of the receipts. The two ladies in there did not prioritize my order and instead made everybody else’s orders that were coming in.
