I was in there this afternoon and it was so busy. The young men that were working handled it very well. I asked to cancel my order just to help them but was told they were not able to do it without a manager present? I just wanted management to know the guys that were working today did a great job in a stressful situation but they also could have used some help.
Tried to order lunch today but was cut off by the worker and told "we aren't serving food anymore" despite diners eating their meals at a few tables. We then said we would just order 2 smoothies but were told "uh it's gonna be a really long wait" and when I asked how long of a wait the kid pointed at about 12 printed orders sitting on the counter but said nothing so we left. I have been ordering catering from this Tropical Smoothie and they are absolutely AMAZING!!!! The manager is the BEST!! I wish my company allowed a higher tip, I would for sure tip more! Great price, great service, and great food - couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!!
This chain is good for smoothies. We haven't found a location we don't like.
