It’s seems that if you don’t tip, they are careless with handling your food. I’m not able to tip every time but I should definitely get what I PAID for! Also, today I witnessed one of the workers being nasty to a customer. It seems the worker didn’t know how to give a refund but she tried to trick the customer into thinking the refund went through and then started catching an attitude!

Food is amazing as always. I tried the chocolate cookie for once and it was pretty decent. One thing that stood out were the workers. This tropical by far, had the best employees. They are so kind from greeting you when walking in, to ordering, to saying, “have a good day” when leaving.
Everything tasted fresh and delicious!
