I came here last Thursday, and it was my 3rd or 4th time here. It’s still nice with the staff and food. My friend ordered a ‘Dilla which is really good with his Chia Banana Boost. The drink tastes more like blended grain, rather than fruit smoothie. I got a Mango Monsoon, and I love it so much. So many tropical fruits inside and fresh
Lynnia is so nice and knows the right substitutions. My smoothie tasted really good and the food is very good as well. The atmosphere is very relaxed and everything tastes and looks clean! Love this place!
I ordered from this location about 2weeks ago on the mobile app for pickup. when I got there my order was not in a cubby but the receipt was and some remains of the smoothie were spilled on the counter, the receipt, and a trail on the floor towards the door. When i brought this to the young ladies attention, they said “oh someone must’ve taken your order but we can make it again for you if you want.” which I wasn’t too mad about because mistakes happen. Using the app for delivery is useless. 9 times out of 10 the delivery gets canceled because of some apparent app glitch and it directs you to order by other means. Tropical Smoothie is too large of a franchise for this not to be corrected.
Update 10/29/2025: I am a fool. I returned today and was burned yet again. It was definitely the yogurt in my smoothie. The food was fine, but I felt horrible after the smoothie. My fiance took a sip and he's sick too. Never again. I used to come here a lot, but after this last time I won’t be coming back. I usually get the buffalo chicken wrap, but it’s been getting worse and worse every time I order it. The tomato slices are half an inch thick and take up half of the wrap.
