Every single time I’ve ordered from this location, my order has been wrong. I order from the tropical app. And the labels and receipts are correct but my food isn’t. Last time I didn’t get all my smoothies and then told me they couldn’t do anything about it because they said I did get them… I tried to issue a refund on the app, didn’t work but that’s another non related issue. Not sure of the young man’s name but the lack of customer service was not appreciated at all. After standing without acknowledgment from either , the young lady asked if he had taken our order and he stated no. He then came to the register no hello or welcome. He just stood and stared and attempted to take next in line and I politely stated to the next customer I was in line. Not sure of the issue but greatly dissatisfied if I could give a zero I would.

These girls got their butts handed to them right before close tonight and took it like champs. If it’s busy like this every night then might wanna help them out with one more person.
I don’t understand why this location can’t properly layer a smoothie bowl!! Why are the toppings on the side and bottom?!?!?
