While the employees were very kind, the store was very dirty. When entering, I immediately noticed trash all over the floor and dirty tables. Despite nobody else being in line to order and nobody being in the drive-thru, we had to wait a couple of minutes for an employee to come up to the register. This did not bother us much as we needed time to decide what to order. I ordered the Kiwi Quencher, my husband ordered the Bahama Mama, and we ordered a Jetty Punch to take to my dad. Service is absolutely terrible every time I come to this location. Doesn’t matter what time, day, or how you order. You will always have to wait a very long time and they won’t even acknowledge you standing in line or give a simple “be with you in a moment”
Nice and clean store, but employees were definitely operating on tropic time! Placed a mobile order for a bowl order 30 mins out, but still had to wait another 10 mins upon arrival. When they brought up my order to place on the pick up shelf, I asked if that was for me and the lady said yah, and proceeded to put it there instead of handing it to me directly.
I have been to this location many times and it has always been slow. Today I ordered a sandwich with no meat and it had both bacon and turkey in it
