Every time I drive-through it takes an absurd amount of time to be served (and once they didn't even process my order after taking it; they looked at me like I had egg on my face when I pulled up - didn't get food that day). They ALWAYS forget at least one item. Don't expect to get what you ask for, if you are served at all.
Something is going on with this location. I am at a Tropical Smootie at least 2 times a week at various locations as I am on the road a lot and want to have healthy options to consume. This is the first location where I experienced the smoothie to be so far from what it's supposed to taste like. It was watery and unflavorful. That's the only complaint, but if your main item is smoothies, thats a big problem. Island Green Detox is my go-to.
