Went through drive through at Winchester location on 9/10/2026. Ordered 1 banana smoothie with sugar and 1 strawberry banana smoothie. The order taker didn’t understand what I wanted. They were both flavorless. We threw them away. Expensive for trash.
All chairs are in top of the tables and the store is open but is been like that since 8:00pm and the store close at 9:00pm if you past you think the store is close... And the tables outside are broken
The serving size is ridiculous. I ordered an oatmeal bowl and receive the thinnest layer of oatmeal. 5% oatmeal, 95% fruit 🥴
If i could give this 0 stars i would. Absolutely disgusting conditions. Food and business was incredibly slow and functioning on a skeleton staff. Not the employees fault but whoever is managing seriously needs to get more people helping out because it is ridiculous. My acai bowl had weird chunks of some kind of other food in it and my bread on my sandwich was old! So gross!
