Placed a order online January 2nd 2025. Called less than 5 minutes later to cancel order. Order was cancelled. Called in two days later to ask when a refund would be issued. Told to wait a couple days. January 16th 2025 call in to ask for Manager Gina and worker say she's not in. I leave all my info along with my phone number and ask worker to repeat my phone number back to make sure she is taking message. She repeats it back. Poor customer service. Employees ignored me at the counter. The store wasn't even that busy. Instead of handing me my order the girl just put it down on the counter infront of me. Yet she handed another customer his order in his hands.
My friend has a daughter with food allergies and they refused to fix the order that was made wrong. A refund was supposedly going to be given but after weeks this has not happened.
They don’t care about people with food allergies they food was not made right at all still not made it right with the customer and the manager still has failed to give the money back . After been told by the worker to come back the next day the manager would give the money back. Food allergies is serious and could hurt the child I let them know before I placed this order
