Very Disappointed, Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff were extremely unhelpful and had a very unfriendly attitude. I felt like my concerns were completely ignored, and instead of trying to help, they made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this place seriously needs to work on it. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Used to be good folks working in here. Now you get attitude and poor tasting foods.... Why ask how someone is doing today if their honest then you proceed to laugh at them if I was the owner.I would really be looking at audio and video of my employees.The fact that you have a three star rating in south lake , texas is asinine

Employee very unprofessional and rude. Always make you feel unwelcome. Give you a feeling like they’re not happy with their job. I understand customer service can be rough at times, but this is every time I come in and I come in daily.
