Showed up at 8:50 for a smoothie and were told they were closed. Door wasn’t locked I was able to walk all the way to the register, posted hours say 9pm. I then asked if they close early and they replied this is the way the manager wants it so they close “on time”. I’ve worked in customer service many years of my life and we have always closed AFTER the posted hours.
Had a horrible experience at this location. Rude staff and to top it off they had a loud stereo system that was blaring music with curse words.
