Food/smoothie preparer had jewelry hanging from her nose. Did not appear sanitary.
Disappointing experience. I ordered a flatbread, and they barely gave me any chicken. When I brought it up to an employee, they completely brushed it off. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for a resolution, but she was rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Won’t be going back.
I love this place! Food is good, smoothies great, friendly customer service and always a tasty deal available!!
I got the peanut paradise which is my #1 smoothie, but I couldn't enjoy my smoothie because with every sip I was getting chunks of banana and ice, and I barely tasted the peanut in the smoothie. Very unacceptable. I tried calling customer service, BUT there's no number for customer service. Instead of talking to a live agent, I had to fill out the issue on their website with no solution. Spending $9 on a smoothie, there's no way I should've been getting chunks of ice and banana. I'm better off going to the mall in the future... read more
First of all their was mold in my food. I didn’t even get a refund back because she said it was through the app. It’s smelt like a dead mouse in there and it was not clean well
