Ordered 4 smoothies 2 out of 4 were horrible asked for refund as they were not edible and no one was able to assist. $32 down the drain won't be coming back to this location.
Walked in for a smoothie and ended up walking out without ordering anything. The staff didn’t greet us (despite being the only customer in there) and I felt like I was interrupting them. I said hello and asked a couple questions and the staff were just really sloppy- like they woke up from a nap. Then I realized that the cashier lacked basic hygiene. I’m not comfortable having my food prepared by someone who’s not bathed/ clean themselves. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.
The guy has forgot my salsa 3 different times for my quesadilla!!! If I go in I check and can remind him but it's ridiculous at this point. Also check your smoothies! They put 90% ice sometimes and it tastes horrible. I really wish this place would just sell to me ownership so we can have a smoothie place that doesn't suck.
Great bowls and smoothies, but… as you can see in the picture, the receipt clearly says no chia seeds—yet there they are . Kinda wild that the workers packed it and stuck the receipt on top, even though it says no chia seeds. Good thing I’m not allergic!
A group of four of us came in about 45 minutes before closing time. Besides us, there was one other customer in the store who had already placed an order and was waiting, but no one came in after our party. The first three of us ordered a food item and a smoothie, but the fourth member of our party was told she couldn't order food because it was too late.
