My wife asked me to bring her a smoothie when I met her at our church's VBS tonight. With only 30 minutes between leaving work and VBS, I thought of the Tropical Smoothie app and downloaded it. I was able to order and pay from work, set a pickup time, and have the smoothie ready to take way as soon as I walked in. Great Job, Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
Appalling customer service. The staff clearly hated being there — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Not once did they say thank you for tipping as if they were entitled to it, or “you’re welcome” or anything. Lacked basic manners learned in pre-school. Knew nothing about the menu and refused to give suggestions when asked. Loose lips Sink ships! I see why there last employee who made the smoothies so fast and was so polite left because the way they talk in here is so out of line and inappropriate.
