I frequent multiple tropical smoothie locations — this one is by far the worst. The last 2 times I have ordered via delivery I have not gotten my order. First time, okay it happens, no big deal. It must have gotten lost somewhere with the driver, not tropical smoothies fault. Today was the second time. They don't have a bathroom for customers
