They almost charged me for replacing pineapple with coconut and they couldn’t pour my drink into 2 cups. Other locations have no problem pouring some of the drink into a small cup for my toddler. With 3 kids in tow and a baby on my hip I had to pour it myself. Won’t be coming back.

Completely forgot the main ingredient to my smoothie making this undrinkable. When I called to tell them my smoothie is undrinkable they basically called me a liar and hung up. Worst tropical smoothie ever. I will be going to corporate on this one
