Terrible service. I ordered on uber eats. We waited one hour and they cancelled my order. I contacted uber eats and they told me to call the store to see why it was cancelled. The guy barely spoke English and told me no order was made. Even made me confirm the address as if I’m lying. Then when I confirmed told me no we didn’t get an order and hung up in my face. I have low blood sugar. I waited one hour and now feel light headed and my lunch break is over. Terrible.
Their Açaí bowls are frozen… it’s not fresh. the size of the bowl is so tiny for the price. I’m so disappointed. Don’t recommend anyone getting a bowl from here. I wish I read the previous comments but I thought since their smoothies are good maybe it would be worth a shot but nah never again. My head is still pounding.
Sandwiches and smoothies are decent. Nice spot. Clean . Seating.
I’ve been going there since they opened. As long as you go in the service and food is great. However, I ordered drinks from them today through DoorDash and they did not put tape on the drinks and one of the drinks looked like if someone drank quite a bit from the cup. They did not offer me a replacement drink for their error and I lost $12 on this drink because of this.
