Smoothies, sandwiches
After receiving a flyer in the mail, I thought I would try and see what they are like. It reminded me of the laid back atmosphere south of the border. It was one open room. The decor was rustic with little decorations and re used wood tables and distressed metal chairs. The workers were friendly but not too helpful when asking details about the food. I'm extremely disappointed in this particular location, I love tropical smoothie cafe but the three times I've been to this location they have taken over twenty minutes to even start my order! The last time I went here, just last week, I waited over thirty minutes and ended up having to leave with no smoothies to not be late for work. The employees do not seem to care and move with no urgency even with 15 people waiting in line. Wish management would stop ignoring this issue and just fix it!
The customer service is no good. Very unorganized and their kitchen is a mess...
