I purchased 2 smoothies at 10:20a on 8-12-26, it took me about 15 minutes to get home. By the time I got home and walked into my home I dropped the smoothie. I know it wasn’t the fault of tropical smoothie, but I still called to explain the situation. They quickly responded, “we are not responsible for that”. The staff never ever greets you when you come in. They don’t say thank you. They barely acknowledge you to get your order. It’s really rude. If my daughter didn’t want to go so bad I would never ever go back.
It's always a good smoothie. They aren't the most bubbly all the time but I don't care, I just want my smoothie or acai bowl done right
