Awful experience. I stop by this cafe often since it’s near home but the young lady they’ve hired to work the drive-thru doesn’t know a thing about customer service. She completely messed up my order and didn’t submit it, once I pulled up to the window she didn’t repeat it and instead asked for the card to charge an amount which turns out was for someone else’s order.
