The WORST customer service EVER! I have been to this store on many occasions and have NEVER been treated with such passive-aggressive behavior. Shame on all of you!!! Customers deserve to be acknowledged when they arrive at the store, and no matter how busy you might be (even though there were only TWO customers present), you SHOULD still acknowledge the waiting customer. Just walked in with a smile and walked out disappointed. The staff never said hello when I walked in and while standing at the counter waiting to order an employee walked up to look at the register for the order she was making and never even made eye contact. I drove out of my way to come here, someone needs to encourage better acknowledgement, looked like the store owner may have been making smoothies too?? Update: Accidentally came to this same location again. This time I got all ice and a scoop of pineapple and powder. Asked about a refund for the improperly made smoothie trying to return the smoothie. There's literally no flavor in it just ice. Was refused the refund. The girl put a little brown powder in the mixer and a tiny scoop of pineapple. Two scoops of ice and a bunch of water out of a water dispenser of some sort.
