Good afternoon. Can the policy be changed to asking if a customer wants sugar added instead of automatically adding it to most of the drinks?

I was not feeling well yesterday so I placed a curbside order. Samantha had my order ready and walked to my car before I even opened my app to say I was ready. The product was good, that and the service will be the reason I come back. She was kind, courteous, greeted me with a friendly smile and had my order ready. God is great.
