Went there this evening around 6 and it was the worst smoothie I ever had. Ordered a kiwi quencher and it taste like water sugar and ice. I just threw it away. Please teach the evening shift the same recipe the morning shift knows. Staff was moving very slow, I went there Monday morning and staff was about to walk out because they couldn’t find lids to match the cups but my smoothie was great. Normally service is great but here lately it’s been horrible.
It’s a Wednesday morning at 8:20- why weren’t yall open? I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before realizing the person in front of me ended up driving odd without ordering and yall were closed. Do better.
Ordered in the app 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait another 20 just to receive the wrong sandwich and smoothie. 0/10 do not recommend. Definitely need better store management. It’s kids working and they just need some guidance
Slow service , no high chairs for my baby. They messed up the orders
I ordered my food today through the drive thru and I got the wrong order which was fine and went back inside got the right order. I get home to eat my sandwich and I find a piece of hair in it. Very disappointed in that. Everything else that happen I’m extremely neutral on but finding hair in my food made it worst.
