Food was decent, but didn’t have anymore flatbreads(took ten minutes to tell me), didn’t have food ready for my pickup, and the wait was 30 minutes long.
They needed more help
Of all the locations, i can't see how this one is even open. Won't take your order in the drive through until the person in front of you has been handed food. Then still takes 15 minutes from order to receiving food. Not very friendly staff. Food is generally burnt or put together terribly. As much as I love this place and how close the location is, I won't be back. The folks at valleydale are the best and it is always a wonderful experience. It's almost like no one cares about the homewood location.
Very long wait times even with mobile ordering. They got our smoothie wrong even after stating what we ordered. Then we got questioned again on what smoothie we had and what order and even got scolded at by a young gentlemen for receiving an incorrect smoothie. Overall, we got asked 4 times what smoothies we ordered and my smoothie was still made wrong (I asked for no tubinado). I feel like with mobile orders they should be more efficient or they need to hire more staff.
I have been to many tropical smoothies and the service here is good and the food is good but the speed of which that occurs is abysmal. I have been to this location 3-4 times and it’s taken anywhere from 20-45 min to get my order. Also, I’d like to add the people in line in drive thru wait and wait and end up leaving to go somewhere else. Something need to be done to get things more on track at this specific location. I’m not one to give a bad review but I think this is an understandable situation.
