No greeting when walking in. No hello just asked me what do you want. Horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job quit. I will never come back! I will tell everyone if you want to be treated like trash go to tropical smoothie cafe. They don’t care that you are a paying customer then they ask for a tip. Never again!!!

This location needs better employees who are friendly , actually listen and don’t look like they hate their life . My whole order was completely wrong and it’s simply because she was not listening . My daughter ordered for a cheese dilla and it came with chicken chunks in it ..? I asked for a small smoothie for my other daughter and received a large one ? And lastly asked for 2 chicken bacon ranche flatbreads and only got one so had to go back and order a second . That is ridiculous how she got that many things wrong in one ... read more

Asked for a chicken quesadilla gave me and undercooked cheese quesadilla and my smoothie was pure ice and didn’t add anything I asked to be added to it. Worker was a zest fest too just to add the cherry on top.

I tried to use the app to place my order, they were 6 breakfast pairs (smoothie and wrap) I had paid 4 times and my order was never made, they never got it. The app had some kind of glitch. When I call the store to explain what was happening, the manager who is shown in the picture, couldn’t solve my problem and simple hung up the phone, I came to the store to pick up my food. And he was very rude. He finally made my food. But not happy, the staff was annoyed to make it, even that I paid for it 4 times with 4 times tip.
