I guess this location is cool with employees wearing headphones the whole time. Taking orders with beats on and not hearing customers when they ask questions. I mean, what are we doing.
Why even have drink carriers if they dont fit your giant cups in them. Literally covers 1 inch of the sidea of the cup not even remotely practical
Closed 45 minutes early and the employee was rude about it when a bunch of customers tried to get food and drinks
I visited your restaurant on July 12 to pick up an online order. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready, so I patiently waited without any issue. When my order was finally brought out, the employee called my name, and I let him know the order was mine. I asked him a simple question, but instead of responding, he walked away while saying something under his breath. Me and my daughter were on vacation in South Carolina and were looking for a smoothie place to enjoy, and this is not what we were expecting. We pulled up, knowing that online it states that it’s open at 8am, only to be faced with the reality that it actually opens at 10, when the door has a sign saying it opens at 8, so we didn’t even get to try the smoothies. We will not be returning.
