Unfortunately the establishment is being being run by teenagers who are on the phones constantly, not polite and not trained in customer service. They close at 9pm and 5 stools are available for seating at 5:30-6pm. Half the counters have stools up and tables have chairs on top with limited seating. Had to ask if they were closing. I guess this location is cool with employees wearing headphones the whole time. Taking orders with beats on and not hearing customers when they ask questions. I mean, what are we doing.
Why even have drink carriers if they dont fit your giant cups in them. Literally covers 1 inch of the sidea of the cup not even remotely practical
