I order from here almost everyday. The same Acai bowls for my daughter and myself. I was going to boycott because of the bad customer service and how rude the girls behind the counter are but my little one enjoys the bowls here. However, the girls there like to argue with you about your order when they screwed it up. I’ve spoken to the manager twice and nothing is done. I guess you can’t find good help. I get that. But, if you mess up the order, take accountability. Don’t argue back with a paying customer.
doorDash had led me to this location… Meanwhile, this is not the location that the order was placed. the food i ordered was at a location, almost an hour away now due to me driving here. This has happened two years ago but it stuck in my mind and I just now thought of sharing the story as a review here - We have travelled with a College women's soccer team for a game to Ave Maria. It was the first ever away game for the program and my first ever away game as a college Coach.
