Currently in the Covington location and the two young ladies working lack basic customer service skills. Please teach your employees to acknowledge customers when they walk in and if they are busy to at least say something along the lines of "One moment or we'll be right with you". My husband continued to order but I don't deal with bad customer service.
Been ordering and picking up. Was hoping the staff would get it together and eventually get it right. The problem is there’s a bunch of kids working there, it’s clear they don’t care about the product that they’re putting out, and no adults around to supervise that can be seen. Today, I tried again, and the sandwich was just so slow, and I open the bag of chips, and they tasted stale.
