My order was ready ahead of the scheduled time and was accurate and fresh. This overall visit was pleasurable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The BEST service, as always! I work right across the street from Tropical Smoothie, and they never disappoint. Last week I didn’t even get a chance to realize my sauce was missing from my order because Aleah was already bringing it to me! 🥹👏🏽 That is what I call A1 service! 10/10 every time. I will always go to the Tropical Smoothie on Atlantic. The staff is amazing, and they always make sure their customers are taken care of! 💕🥤
I first attempted to go through the drive thru but the line was not moving so I went inside. Once inside I paid I quickly realized that only 1 person was actively working. Everyone else behind the counter was just talking and standing around while I waited. I then just asked for my money back and left. Management should maybe address this. Thank you.
