It was our first time visiting this store. I always order the same smoothie, and I was excited to try it here — but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. When we arrived, the store was a bit busy, so we got in line. While we were waiting, a guy walked in and cut to the front. We let the employee know that we were next, and although she said “I’m sorry,” she continued taking his order anyway. After helping him, she didn’t acknowledge us or apologize. My first time trying tropical smoothie, and unfortunately it will be my last, the food was horrible, I ordered the jerk chicken wrap, super soggy and mushy. The smoothie was ok, but I could have made a better smoothie at home! Not worth it all
