Have been coming here for years, and decided to give it one more chance but in the last couple of years quality has gone down so much. There was only one customer in store and my pickup order wasn’t ready, waited 10 plus past pickup time so like 30 minutes for a mobile pickup. When I came in, the employee in the smoothie station wasn’t doing their job and my order receipt was just sitting there. Food and smoothie were really good. This tropical smoothie is smaller than many I’ve been to but the service was good and the staff were friendly.
The best Tropical Smoothie cafe hands down. The Smoothie, food, and service was great. Thank you Farah for always being so kind and welcoming. My family and I enjoy coming here every week.
