Wow I placed an order through Uber Eats from this establishment, which I've never had an issue with before . what I ordered was not right. I place a call and this lady answered I explain to her the issue and she jumps down my throat as if how dear I even suggest or imply it was wrong because she made it. I say WOW your delivery (your rebuttal) was very nasty poor customer service then proceeded to rush me off the phone while I try and solve the issue.. I LOVE that Tropical Smoothie offers Beyond Chicken. Its delicious! Great wraps! The ladies who run this location are super-nice and do a great job. The place always is clean when we go, including the restrooms. We always come back to this location, it's the best!
