This place is horrible! The employees are extremely rude. I ordered my smoothie through the app—it said it would be ready at 1:39 pm. I arrived at 1:34 and waited by the pickup shelf, but customers who ordered in person got their drinks before me. After waiting over 10 minutes, I realized the employee responsible for online pickups had placed my order under the wrong letter—intentionally. I normally order from here all the time and it’s good. I ordered through Uber Eats to pick up. My mistake was not trying it inside the store. It tased nasty. I got a mocha madness, why was there ginger in it. I bit down on a piece of ginger. I will never order a smoothie from here again. lol I normally don’t review but they pissed me off and Uber Eats barely refunded me. Absolutely disgusting
Very disappointed with our experience at Tropical Smoothie Café today. My whole family went there in the rain specifically for the açaí bowl day promotion, only to be told they were “sold out” because they didn’t have bowls, not because they ran out of açaí. We asked if they could serve it in a cup or any other container, and they refused. The staff were not friendly or helpful and didn’t seem to care that we had gone out of our way in bad weather.
