Terrible customer service. I arrived at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing and was told they were already closed and could not make me a smoothie. When I pointed out that the store didn’t close until 9:00 PM and asked why one more drink couldn’t be made, the employee ignored me and walked away from me. I understand wanting to close but if you are going to stop serving customers before your posted closing time, then your hours should reflect that. Store closed at 7:40? Been here before as well, wait time is outrageous. Corporate should definitely check this location.
Waited 30 mintues, only person to order in person. All online pickups and didn’t even acknowledge the 10 people ordering for several minutes
