The downfall of this location is devastating. I've been coming here almost twice a week for 4+ years, but the new owners/employees have ruined it. They do not know their menu, they can't operate their own register, it's a mess. I asked for no chicken on my quesadilla and he said "I don't know how to do that in my system, you have to get chicken" so I walked out. Only eat here if you order online/in app, they do not know how to take your order!! My partner asked for no tomato on his wrap, and they argued and insisted there wa... read more
I got chia oatmeal bowl with nutella. Staff very friendly and the bowl was very very good and fresh. I would definitely be back for it!!! Thank you !
Noticed that when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted though the three people behind me were greeted very well and when I received my food, it was just handed to me. There was no “have a great day” or anything, though the next three people to receive their items handed with a smile and told to have a great day. I think this place if you are a person of color, you will not get the most adequate customer service that you deserve. Other than that the food was made great!
OMG! Unbelievable!!!! I always go here but after I heard there are new orders I just ordered smoothi food and bowl - 80% of my smoothi was water - I ordered extra add ons they were not added - I could not even begin to share my frustration! I was told everyone quit their job there! Quality has fast declined. I will never be ordering from this one again!!! EVER!!!
