I love their food and smoothies. With that being said, I just ordered a salad that turned out to have a dead and partially smooshed fly attached to the shredded carrots. In terms of their smoothies, certain smoothies tend to not get blended enough for their contents to fit through the straw which results in an occasionally undrinkable drink until the blockage is cleared (often multiple times for that smoothie).
