I come here all the time and get a bahama mama thick sometimes with banana. Usually they are great but today it is awful it tastes funny and not well blended at all chunks of ice and fruit in it. I do see a different staff so not sure if that's it. Unhappy today I hope this is not the new norm. Update: I went back had it remade. It was better this time it was actually smooth like it's supposed to be but not thick like I requested.
Love going to this location. The people are always friendly and helpful. Even Doordash from this location to my work and the food/ smoothies are correct and taste great. Keep up the good work!
If I could give negative stars I would ! I went in today for the first time July 2nd as I walk it I asked a girl working there where I go to order and she shows me where. The girl working at the register was so DISRESPECTFUL making us look stupid and making faces ! And I even told her I seen what she did and it was disrespectful and disgusting. Every time I order a Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich, they give me a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. While it's food, it's not what I want. I even make sure I tell them Sandwich while ordering. Guess I need to stop ordering food at this location, which inevitably means I won't order from here because I always order food to go with my smoothie.
So I started to go to this location Monday - Friday 3 years ago and have (sad to admit) spent over $4,000 on their smoothies and food. I have been an excellent and loyal customer. This morning it was raining and I didn't wear my shoes in. That was my fault. What I didn't appreciate was both men standing at the counter by the door staring at me and saying Ma'am, you have to have shoes on. They were pretty rude about it. Ok, no problem.
