They were slammed with a line out the door, and the customer service was still excellent and friendly.
If another smoothie places opens up nearby, I will definitely pass on this place. The service is very consistently lackluster. The only time that I have had a pleasant conversation with an employee was after I asked for the contact information for a manager/owner. I’ve been going to this TSC for years but today’s experience was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for my smoothie. Workers didn’t know which smoothie was which and didn’t label them went they put them on the counter. Lady at the register was busy quizzing people of which color of blue was their favorite...? Very disappointed and will probably be going to the Wake Forest Rd location from now on

I was in there on Sept 22nd around 2pm, and the cashier and employees were talking amongst themselves while the cashier was taking my order. One of them even dropped an "f" bomb. I was really unhappy with the service, but at least the smoothie was good.

For years, I have loved TS, and still do. We seek it out while traveling. This post is for Oberlin, for yesterday. I have attended this location more than any, but have been to WFR more now as it is closer. With first time visitors, we went yesterday. The cashier, I believe it was Mia, makes me want to stay away. First, I asked for a substitute that I have done often before, refused. Ok. Then said I will buy the meal individually.
