I just came in from a root canal so I wasn’t advocating for service or just basic communication from staff like I might typically do. Made an online order and walked in about 12 minutes later. At least 4 employees working, no one addressed me at the front counter so I sat and waited for my food. After about 20 minutes, someone finally asked if I was there to pick up. They were confused and couldn’t find my food - it was already prepared and sitting there the entire time. Crazy work!
Maddison, and the entire crew tonight was awesome! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with multiple smiles. Everything was spot on, and I even ended up trying something new. The store was super clean, everyone was so polite, and I would highly recommend stopping by to say hey, and try some great eats :)
Didn’t bring me my order at all. Delivered a wet gross sandwich when I wanted a bowl. Super pissed. Super hungry.
When purchasing my food a team member called my name & threw my food on the counter. Very rude customer service.
