When purchasing my food a team member called my name & threw my food on the counter. Very rude customer service.
Devin was great! He was cheerful and helped put a smile on my face by helping me navigate the smoothie app so that I'd get a free smoothie today!! Great experience and I'll be using the app a lot more as well
Ordered from inside location using app since my lady had purchased our smoothies, which had large unblended clumps of ice in them, while at the counter. When the time was ready for the food I'd ordered to be given the preparer literally threw my food on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Not to mention the toasted snack wraps were cold. All in all we will not be going to that location again, just because of the poor and inhospitable service.
