Called 10 times no answer. I go in the store call to see what happens, manager who wasn’t wearing tropical smoothie shirt, looks towards the phone doesn’t say anything and ignores it. All the workers helping people inside, so I wait for like 8 mins, nothing moves, the place is a mess, I walked out of line and left to Panera across the shopping center. Horrriblllleeeeeeee representation of tropical smoothie!
This location has always been clean, and the staff are always very friendly. My usual is the açaí bowl. At other locations, the proportions are usually off. Not here. They portion everything perfectly, not skimping on anything. Highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie location!
Best smoothies in the Fredericksburg area and best customer service
Forgot to give me 2 items and the food was very sloppy made. Also the quesadillas were burnt. My kids usually love them, (from other TS’) they hated them here.
