This is the 2nd time the manager on bowman road treated me less than.... I drive past 3 tropical smoothies 2 go2 this location mostly because of my puppy & used to love the ride because of the employees & how good I used to feel leaving there... I will find somewhere else to spend my daily $13-$20 elsewhere.... thanks for the treatment
this location has drastically went down hill in the past few months. no one wants to help each other out. You got one girl trying to make eight different smoothies and the other one over there standing around doing nothing. seems like I'm going to have to change locations

Waited 10 minutes to place an order because there was only 2 employees in the busy restaurant. I then waited 30 minutes after my food was ready for my smoothie. The employee said she didn’t realize “all of us” (meaning about 8 customers) were waiting on smoothies.
