This company is a joke! I have never dealt with suchan unprofessional lazy staff who seem to know nothing about shipping and logistics. They re answers to my questions were comical, I could not get an educated straight answer from anyone. My shipment sat there for over a month. They are in no hurry to do their job and unless you have forever to wait for your shipments, I highly recommend you avoid using this company.
terrible. did not get ANY customer service. i had to call them because they would not contact me. my shipment is now at least 2 weeks delayed because somehow, my shipment "missed the boat". how does my shipment "miss the boat" if they were doing their job. when they tell you, they will call you back, its a lie. they dont call you back.if you have a ton of time and you dont mind getting your shipment waaay later than expected and you want to do their job for them, this is the company to send it with. personally, i will never ... read more
