I really enjoyed my stay. Service was nice and I had no problems for the 4 days we were there. Love the view of the beach from my room.
I did a mini vacation with my family. This hotel is right on the beach, which I loved. The room was clean and the hotel itself is budget friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful when needed & they made check-in very smoothly. You will have to pay $150 security deposit when checking in, either cash or card, but you get that back when checking out. My stay was pleasant & my family love their rooms as well. 0/10 if you are looking for a low budget stay this is the perfect place the first time we came the elevator was broke and only got a 10% discount and the hot tub was broke with no notice until after we checked in. The manager is extremely rude and so was the maintenance staff. The outside doors do not lock after hours so anyone can walk in the building they say no smoking but ppl smoke cigarettes in the halls . The tub was clogged as well and the toilet seat was way to big
Terrible experience. I drove 5 hours to get here, only to be told “you didn’t tell me you had a dog,” when my Hotels.com reservation clearly showed I was traveling with pets. The listing said “pet friendly” but gave absolutely no details about limits or fees. On arrival, I was blindsided with a policy of only one pet per room and a $75 fee per pet.
