Mala gestión de la manager Eva Siu que se parcializa con algunos vecinos como la señora Flor Apto 36, que tira agua mojando todo, lanza la basura por el balcón provocando daños en los carros parqueados abajo, y sale a cualquier hora por el lugar que solo pueden entrar los carros, pudiendo provocar graves colisiones. Tampoco permite la comunicación directa con los dueños del condominio
