I have been going to Optical Vision on 26th street for years, and I have never experience their rudeness UNTIL today. I brought a prescription in a week ago, and returned today 7/14/26 with my glasses and to be told "oh We thru it Out? Instead of the Prescription being placed in my file. I was told today we only keep it for two days then we throw it out!!
