I have never in my life detailed with disrespect people from lady who fixes on your glasses to owner my arm on my glasses pop off and I went up there because I just got the glasses so they can fix it. Great verity of glass and very polite staff
I had an appt for both my kids today and unfortunately my husband was running a couple of minutes late. They could have at least seen one of my kids, but No. They wanted us to reschedule because they where in a hurry to "close early" when their closing time is at 6pm per google. So much for getting my kifs in for their eye exams.
Poor costumer service the front desk staff is super rude they argued with me back and forth regarding my contact lenses and also giving me the run around their also very racist DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
called to make appointment weeks ago for 2 persons. Showed up in person, only had one on the system. staff is unprofessional and used vulgar language while children present. no professionalism what so ever.
