Extremely unprofessional! I was refused my prescription after paying for my glasses and when I was giving my prescription certain numbers were scratched off. Extremely unacceptable!

Called to confirm appointment asked if my insurance was taken they said yes. When I finally show up to my appointment they say they don't cover anything with my insurance. Then why ask about my insurance over the phone and confirm you take it then? Not very professional. Waste of time. Not going there again.
