The worse customer service!!!!!!!!!! Girls are so rude it's disgusting to even walk in there!!!! They seriously need new management to help them out with the people they bring into their work place!!! I dread going there unfortunately I'm just waiting on my contacts and I'll take my money elsewhere! I asked to speak to a supervisor once I waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to nobody while the front desk girl just argued with me!!!! I've been going to tropical optical for almost 20 yrs ( the one on commercial) and NEVER has any complaints until I moved to humboldt park and started going to the one on Milwaukee.. They have the worst customer service. They act like doing their job is so hard they make everything so difficult... I rather take the drive and go back to the one on commercial.
Terrible terrible Is all I can say! DO NOT go there. They took almost an hour to call us and we went just to pick up my daughters glasses. The girls there are rude and ghetto and I kept hearing them give everyone attitude it's just a horrible experience over all to be there. Those people don't know the meaning of customer service. Avoid this place!
Waited alittle bit but my son really liked this place
