Walked in for the first time. They asked me to come back in an hour. The girl who did my nails did not look at me or talk to me The entire time not that I was expecting her too but it would have been nice. It took 1.5hrs to do my nails. I was quoted $60 plus GST (for a fill ) and ended up paying $80+ tip. She said the extra charge was for trimming my cuticles which I never asked for. Not going back. Really bad first impression.
I love my new ombré nails-a subtle nod to fall. Annie did an amazing job on my manicure-she is so meticulous. This week Tina did my manicure (great job on shape and cuticles) and I got fall colours in matte and sparkle polish! New neutrals have arrived! Harleen did my manicure today in a way new to me-using mostly the dremel to clean us my cuticles, no water, minimal trimming and the results were cleaner and smoother than usual! New cat’s eye colours for spring have arrived!
Quick, efficient, take time to know what customers really want, light on my nails (can’t even feel anything), reasonable prices. Highly recommended! Update: I went to get my nail fixed after ten days. I had the same girl and love her work!
