I wanted a simple French manicure on my own nails with a rounded, not square, shape. I showed a picture (from their own salon images) of what I wanted. It ended up not looking at all like the photo. They filed them in uneven square shapes that made my nails look broken. They didn't take care of my cuticles, and the white polish on the ends was thick and ugly. This was expensive and a total waste of money.
Anna is the best, always gets me in when I request an appt. When I show her a picture of what I want she does it exactly what I show her. The prices are very good compared to other places I’ve been to. The salon is very clean and everyone is nice and welcoming.
I have a good experience every time I come for a pedicure.
