Disappointed with my pedicure today. The tech seemed annoyed when I asked to have my toenails cut, and I didn’t even get the hot towel that was supposed to be included. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt brushed off here. Last time they seemed irritated with what I asked for during a manicure. It feels like if you don’t book a more expensive service, you don’t get the same effort or attention.

I came in on a random Thursday with my cousin, no appointment. They got us seated right away which was surprising because other places usually make you wait. The air was clean, the floors were shiny, and the vibe was calm. I picked a manicure with a pastel yellow polish and she did a pedicure. Both services were neat and looked cheerful. This place is great for a quick family outing.

Walking into this salon felt refreshing after a long day. The reception was warm, and I was offered a drink right away. My nail technician was patient and explained each step of the process. The result was a set of nails that looked elegant and natural. The prices were reasonable for the quality I received.
