I was charged $12 for a service that is clearly listed as $8. I was told the extra $4 was a “card fee,” which is a 50% increase. That is not a normal processing fee — it’s a price jump. When I questioned the charge, instead of providing a professional explanation, I was called “weird.” Calling a customer names for asking about a surprise charge is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This establishment has no morals or integrity. They only care about profits not people’s health or best interests. SHUT IT DOWN.
I asked if my nail tech was in and was told yes. I arrive and wait 15 minutes for my scheduled appointment but she never showed. I asked how much longer and the main lady said 30 minutes more. I’m irked and my nail is still chipped. I won’t be coming back without incentive
