As a new owner (45 days into this community) I hate this company. I have been repeatedly lied to about stupid crap. Today I was told I needed to login to there software to update my email address to receive notices from the community but cannot login to there software until they add my email address to the login system. The worst HOA ever! Non responsive, does not care about the community and needs of a people. We pay so much money to be treated horribly!
I have been working with Tropical isles for 10 years, the service and response from their management team is amazing. Mark Rudland and Honna Nisbet are great and responsive when dealing with a loss with them. The service they provide and care they have for their clients are amazing. Thank you for making my job easier to assist you and your communities.
This has to be the worst management I ever experienced. They got my vehicle towed for no reason and it had to come out of my pocket. I followed all rules and I even talked to the security that drives around. I made sure I followed all rules to prevent my truck from being towed. And they still towed it due to the poor management we have here at townhomes of lighthouse cove. I have owned 8 properties between Sarasota and St Petersburg, Florida since 2006, all with HOAs and management companies running them. Never have I experienced such a terrible company as Tropical Isles Management. It has been such a negative experience dealing with them since I moved here in November that I am considering selling and moving to another condo building with a better, more responsive management company.
