Giovanni and his team at Tropical Home Remodel are very professional and very personable to work with. He showed up at the time promised and worked long full days. His communication was on point, which we consider very important. They treated our home with respect cleaning as they worked and made sure everything was cleaned before they left. Their work is impeccable. We highly recommend Giovanni and Tropical Home Remodel for any renovations you need.
Giovani did our kitchen backsplash and did an amazing job! Super professional and fair prices! Great communication and was able to fit us in to his schedule much quicker than I anticipated! I will definitely reach out to Giovani again for my home remodeling needs!
Good work done, but poor attitude and customer service! Two jobs done and issues on both not big issues but communication lagged or stalled and now not happy with 2 nd job not completed properly.. Will not use again!!
