We bought a place here and everyone we meet has been very friendly. In the library people are putting puzzles together and socializing around the piano. In the community center they are drinking coffee talking or people are on the computer. Also plenty to do in the fitness room. For the most part they were hanging outside walking, talking or playing shuffle board with long sticks. Low lot rent includes cable TV. Tropical Haven Mobile Home Park is quickly becoming the quintessential trailer park. Many are abandoned and grossly unkept. Several occupied trailers are in extreme need of maintenance, upkeep and proper lawn care. In the last 8 years, I’ve never seen it this bad. Owned by Melbourne Airport Authority.
