Wait times are horrible. All for cold food. This now two times with the second experience being worse somehow.
Make sure you " check your order " before leaving the place. Is totally frustrating sit at at home with family and find out the whole protein is missing. Food is OK dont trust the enployees / service.
I’ll start by saying that the food here is good when we come. But I was disappointed by our most recent visit. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, though there was a group of three or four employees gathered at a table in the restaurant, just hanging out. We ordered on the digital kiosk. Still, no acknowledgement. We walked up to the counter and had to ask for cups and a bottle opener for a drink. Food is outstanding. The people that work there are as helpful as possible. Unfortunately the seats are very uncomfortable and when I went it did not seem like they had a dedicated person to cleaning tables. Also I wish that they would put as much food as they did when in store as they do on doordash. You get shorted in doordash
