The smash burger was really good and the French fries. The workers were friendly and it has good atmosphere.
This place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it's just subpar. The sauces are never consistent. The way they cook they vegetables etc is always inconsistent. I've only really ordered variations of the bowls but it lacks consistency.. which is w huge let down.
Tried this for the first time, yesterday. Ordered the Chicken Fresco Bowl. It was so delicious!!! Healthy and delicious! Staff was very friendly. Dining available upstairs and downstairs. Will definitely come back!
Tropical Grille is absolutely delicious! Their portion sizes are HUGE! Especially when compared to other restaurants with a similar setup (Cava and Chipotle portion sizes tend to be microscopic and feel like a major ripoff!) Tropical Grille has high quality food, great flavors, fresh veggies, and amazing meat options. We have tried their Lomo Saltado bowl, Palomilla bowl, and Cuban Pork bowl. All of them were a 10/10. We love the family meal from here. We usually order online so it’s ready when I get there. They’re really generous w their portions & also not stingy when it comes to sauces
