Very nice ladies, but not experts on hair color. I came in needing full hair color and highlights. She pulled out my old highlights, and tried to work around it. The result is I have light hair on top of my head, and dark hair at the bottom. Very sloppy highlights around my face. I won't even wear my hair down until I get it professionally fixed next month elsewhere.
