My sister transferred to Tropical Garden Villas about 2 years ago. The facility had about 15 residents at that time. Both male and female. They have a lovely courtyard for residents to gather where they can listen to music, or simply relax outdoors. They offer activities such crafts, board games and music. Able residents are permitted to go on outings using Palm Tran or can use Medical transport to visit their doctors as needed. My son has been living at Tropical Garden villas for almost five years now. Since change of ownership I have noticed many wonderful improvements at the facility as well as from staff. The owner demonstrates her care and concern for each resident. I do trust management completely for his safety and wellbeing.
I highly recommend this facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. It was heartwarming to see the residents actively engaged and participating in various activities, which I hadn't observed in other facilities we visited. The positive atmosphere was evident, with many smiling faces and a genuine sense of happiness among the residents.
My brother moved in over 5 years ago. Anchel and staff has been great. Just a piece of mind my mentally ill brother is well taken care of.
Ms Bahl, the new owner, has made a great place even better. There are many upgrades to this facility that provides wonderful services for the residents. The staff is exceptional & very caring & prepare all the meals, laundry services & the dispensing of medications for each resident.
